To schedule an appointment via our online scheduler please Click Here or call the clinic. We require that you make an appointment. You can cancel or change your appointment through our online scheduler, or by calling or texting the clinic number. There is no charge for cancellations or changes to your appointment with at least 12 hours advanced notice. For all cancellations or changes with less than 12 hours notice, a fee of $45 for new patients and $25 for return patients will be charged to your account.
We do not schedule via email.
